LadyBugs (Ages 0-3)

LadyBugs is a nurturing and supportive program designed for children ages 0-3 who have incarcerated parents, along with their parent or guardian. This program offers a safe and therapeutic space where these young children and their caregivers can connect with others facing similar challenges. Led by a team of experienced Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), and Psychologists, LadyBugs provides a structured environment that promotes emotional bonding and social interaction.

The program focuses on creating a sense of community and understanding among families who share the experience of having a parent in the criminal justice system. Through guided activities and therapeutic play, LadyBugs helps to address the unique emotional and developmental needs of both the children and their caregivers. This approach not only fosters positive parent-child interactions but also offers a platform for emotional support and shared experiences.

LadyBugs aims to strengthen family bonds, reduce feelings of isolation, and support the healthy emotional development of young children during a challenging time. By participating in this program, families gain access to professional guidance and a network of peers, creating a more supportive and resilient environment for their children’s growth and well-being.
